Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented person that enjoys working in a friendly, small team environment? Do you take initiative and drive projects to completion? We are looking for an experience IP assistant to help with the transactional processes for patents and trademarks. 3+ years of full-time (or equivalent) experience supporting patent attorneys with preparation and filing is required. Experience with trademarks is a big plus. Must also be great with client communications.
